Since she was young, Mia’s family lived on the moon colony. Mia has always wanted to visit Earth and learn about other places, and earn money for her family. On the outside, she seems agreeable and reserved. It's true she does her best to treat everyone with respect, but don’t confuse her for being a pushover. She takes great pride in her responsibility, and tries to do her best to show that she’s up for (almost) any task. Anything or anyone getting in the way of that can quickly get on her bad side.

She just wants to get by and drift under the radar. Being alone and self-sufficient is another driving force for her, but most of her income goes to family, so she can't save like she wants to. As strained as their relationship can be, she does want her brothers to have enough money to attend college if they want to.

Leon - "I'll talk to him....laaaaater." He talks. So. Much. He never shuts up, even when he probably should, like during briefings. On and on and on, he just keeps going, and though they have the same interests, she'd like to get the job done and talk later...much later. She feels bad for not liking him, because he doesn't seem to have any bad intentions, but Mia just feels like he's dragging her down. Roxie - "We're...friends? No, I'm sure she's just being nice." Roxie's the first friend Mia ever made in the IF. At first, she would show up to have lunch with Mia, which Mia found uncomfortable because she doesn't like opening up to people, but after she saw the type of person Roxie was, Mia gravitated toward her. Roxie stories are some of the most entertaining she has ever heard! She's grateful that Roxie trusts her judgement enough to ask for advice on them. Overall, Mia is happy to have Roxie in her life. It's nice to have someone around who's interested in the same media she is, and she appreciates Roxie's friendly, bubbly personality. However, she finds it hard to tell Roxie really likes her or if she's just being nice. Jun - "I wish I were as put together as Jun." Mia originally met Jun through Roxie when the three of them were stationed on the moon base together. She admires Jun's collected personality. There's many questions Mia could ask about Jun's first year in the IF, but she doesn't want to pry. Aiden - "He leaves me alone. That's cool." Aiden and Mia don't cross paths often. Mia is okay with that because his straightforward nature kinda scares her. At least he minds his own business. Angelo - "He's quieter than his brother, that's for sure. But...they can't be twins, can they?" Mia and Angelo don't talk too much, and that's OK fine with her, because she already has one of the Summers bugging her non-stop! She does see a hint of sadness in the guy, and kinda feels sorry for him. Still, his and his brother's age dynamic strikes her as weird; her triplet brothers don't act like that at all. Emil - "The lieutenant's a nice guy!" Mia thinks Emil is a nice guy who's good at his job. He's also really encouraging. It seems to her that Emil thinks she's smarter than she actually is, but she's fine with that. It makes her feel good! Lorenzo - "I'm glad the captain is taking this as seriously as I am. He seems a lot like me." Mia likes Lorenzo as a captain. He seems to love what he's doing and makes an effort to do it as best as he can. Mia wants to show him that she feels the same way about her work. Unfortunately for Mia, due to her partnership with a bumbling rookie, the two of them tend to not leave as good of an impression as she'd like. Otherwise, she thinks they'd get along well.Social Aptitude
Highly introverted. Is nowhere near interested in talking to anyone other than a select few people. Throughout her life, people sometimes thought she was stuck up for not interacting with others, but she just really, really wanted to be alone. She aims to not be noticed. At best, she wants people to think she's mysterious, but it's mostly so they don't find out how much of a "nerd" she is.
