Carson is a pirate who captains the Bloodskull.

Carson and his crew were hired by Janton senator Kallim to destroy the Dryad ship Worldwaker. Evelyn boarded the ship and disabled Carson by slicing through the back of his right leg. He and what remained of his crew then surrendered.
