A massive caldera with a Numenera civilization. A relic of Melora resides within the realm that keeps the volcano extinct. Removal of the relic will result in the sudden awakening of the volcano. The Numenera civilization is based on Sheshar in Beneath the Monolith. The canals within the city crisscross the interior of the caldera connecting most of the villages within the realm via canal boat transport. The capital city of Nebalich is a port city that has a large population.
