Warlord
Warlord Ankrah is the ruler of Salt-Town and sometimes called the "Salty Warlord". He is the ruler of the infamous portuary city and exert control over the whole area, including the Salty Dunes making him the most powerful figure of the coast.

Personal history
Ankrah was born in a nomad tribe of the deserts of the Savage Coast. At a young age he showed unusuahl intelligence and great tactical skills. It was easy for him to make allies and formed a tight knot of loyal servants. As a teen he created his own travelling tribe due to a disagreement with the leader. He amassed troops, and came back a few months later to completely wipe-out his home tribe.
Having had much success, he regularily raided towns to supply his band and, not before long, he became the leader of the largest and strongest Orc tribe in the savage coast. When casual raiding was no longer sustainable; he simply invaded the then unstable Salt-Town brining stability in exchange for absolute dictatorship.

Motivation
He is very intent of preserving control of the area, and this unfortunately means keeping the peace. War altough grandiose, is bad for business. His loyal White Pikes assure the security in the city with extreme violence and prejudice. There is typically no trial, no appeal, no imprisonment: commiting a crime is agreeing to a death sentence.
Not his cup of tea, he sometimes organizes gladiatorial games when particularily noteworty people get caught in criminal activity. They are captured instead of killed and when a quota is attained, a section of the floating docks is converted in an arena for a gory show.
