Melkor Hallowhand (a.k.a. the Magical)
Melkor "the Magical" Hallowhand is the shopkeeper of the Magique Morgana, the largest magical shop of Capital City. It is however, very expensive to buy here. Only the top mages of the Dewin can shop in his store.
Melkor has been nicknamed the Magical because of his profound ability to enchant items. He is the world-renowned expert on this subject. Though he is known to curse items as well. People who wrong him might get a 'present' revealing it to be a cursed item.
Melkor has no allegiance to a particular guild but he is on friendly terms most of the Dewin as they are his primary customers. He does not feel obliged to them in any way, however. He also has some sympathy for House Thefiel although Mrakvallìn there haven't been treated as they should have been.
