Balthazar Halfarthuun
Balthazar Halfarthuun is the owner of the book store, the Enchanted Eye. He lives in the Galdur District of Capital City. He has some affiliation with the Honorful Harp as he needs their trading routes in order to get his books. He also has some connections with the Dewin as they come to him for legendary tomes he might acquire. However, he doesn't really like the mages guild, because it is too much of a bureaucracy there. Although, young students looking for him might get a warm welcome as they haven't been stained (as he calls it) by the guild too much. He also has connections with the Syndicate as he procures many tomes for them as well.
