Elromior Spectra

Elromior Spectra ^{(ell-ROHM-ee-or SPEK-truh)} is an Eladrin Celestial Warlock who led the Spectral Revolution for a time as their Speaker and Premier. They are a dedicated and immortal servant of Hatucan the First and the Last and were once the first of the [Order of Hatucan], but are now in self-imposed exile.
They are an androgynous humanoid figure with angular, pointed features, the gait of a feather, and skin the color of a pool of cream reflecting a sun-soaked, faded rainbow. They dress in simple shifts of dark black and blue in stark contrast to their glittering skin, and their voice is bold, resonating with ethereal depths as their glowing golden eyes slide between whatever gathers their interest.
Rumors originating from Empyros seem to indicate that Elromior Spectra began life as a half-drow from the Eregothi underdark, along with their brother Malcor Dowd, and rose from relative obscurity to become one of the most famous and influential celestial warlocks of all time.
