The Devil You Know
When questioned about any history of beholder cults or beholder worship in Brightridge, Madam Pomona indicated that the closest rumors she had heard were of some nobles allegedly worshiping the great devil Asmodeus, God of Indulgence.
It was later discovered that this rumour originated from Jackie de Mowbray and their penchant for sowing chaos and discord. The party delivered a fabricated "exposé" in support of this rumour, particularly implicating the Firelight Family, to the Brightridge Record to add fuel to the fire.
