Jackie de Mowbray
Jackie do Mowbray is a half-orc, half-elf pirate captain. Jackie leads a pirate band called The Sanguine Serpents made of disenfranchised volunteers.
They are known as dressing very flamboyantly and present in a genderfluid way. They have long red-vary hair shaved on one side and is never seen without there hat adorned with a feather. Jackie has rough, sunburned skin and a reputation of having a sharp mind and a sharp blade.
