Madam Pomona
Madam Pomona is the elderly mystic and fortune-teller of Madam Pomona's Mystic Arts. She does seem to have some legitimate magical gifts, as demonstrated by the apparent backlash she experienced when attempting to delve into the fortune of Lyra Dune.
Her knowledge about some magical creatures also appears to be legitimate.
