the weaver, also known as Sidh (spoken Sif)
One of the three "Norns", who are also called "alfr", who also created the elves together with her siblings.
She is a servant of Freyr. When the gods arrived with the humans, she stood between her sisters undecided and argued that the humans and elves remain separate, but that the garden was big enough for all of them, elven and human alike.
A force of nature, she is the weaver who takes the thread of life from Verthande and weaves it into structures, which inevitably fall to ruin when Urdr dismantles the weave.
She. like her sisters Verthande and Urdr is married to Dagdamagh.
