Lydjara

Goddess of Wards and Spirit Protections. Protector and creator of the veil that separates the Counterrealm, which she also created, from Síðgard.
As such, she is a foil to the Morig Hen, as she determines who may pass through the veil and who doesn't, and can thus limit the times the Morig Hen can visit her husband Chernog in the counterrealm.
She is married to Tyrr who helps her in her task with his eyesight.
Only during truenight his eyes can't pierce the darkness, such that the Morig Hen can sneak into the counterrealm to her husband Chernog, which is when Chernog is the most distracted and most plaguebeasts escape his grasp and begin to roam Síðgard.
Lydjara is heavily opposed to all mages / arcanists who steal their way into the counterrealm on their own, as they weaken the Veil.
