Colors: Black and Blue The Rordans were an ancient and respected clan that conquered Great Cross sometime in the Lost Age, naming themselves the Kings of the Cross. One of their ancient kings, Rall the Giant, claimed that his ancestors had ruled over all of the Cape of Monsters south of the Realta and east of the Nightfall. Because of its position, in the middle of the four Chief Clans of Revellia, Great Cross was a frequent site of attack and even of battles that had nothing to do with Clan Rordan. When King Maitiu chose Great Cross as the site of a Great Hostel, the city became an even greater target of contention, specifically of conflicts between Host Keepers and Deinain worshippers. This would lead to the utter destruction of Clan Rordan in 733 RA, during the first War of East and West. Some have suggested that the survivors fled to Revelback and interwed with Clan Capall, though this seems unlikely, given that the Capalls were instrumental in their destruction.
