First Ascension

With Ascension reaching completion, or near to completion, Socellia Secunda experiments first upon herself, entering the jury-rigged chair, and subjecting herself to the altering chemicals, overseen by medical-grade nanites.  The process is painful for her, but overall successful, as she emerges a changed drekiri.  This new leg of the species is, in time, dubbed the 'Dreikusuri'.
