Vakvomium

An extragalactic material that crashed into a Zefyros outpost world, it was subsequently shipped to Ranedus for analysis. It isn't public knowledge who exactly participated in the studies of the material, as research into it is, reportedly, still ongoing.

Ranedian long-range tracking points to the origin point to the meteorite containing the first samples of what would in time become known as Vakvomium coming from a remote galaxy.  Next to nothing is known about its native origins, however.
