A bubbly creature with bright blue fur- though sometimes it looks like scales, so it's said- that's rarely seen without a synthetic flower resting atop her left ear-fin, she's often seen moseying between Velltint and the bodies of water south of the city, sometimes with a group of people, but most time on her own.
