Desra Zimakova
Desra Zimakova (a.k.a. Winterfang)
A planet scout who sometimes finds hir way to Dakiupra for some R&R. Prior to this whole stint, shi was a lowly desk worker, a human woman named Desra Zimakova. Shi never felt right in the furless, bipedal body of a human, and after one lonely night on the internet, shi found hirself an option: the chakat, an open species(per Dakiupra's laws on transformatives), requires no special paperwork to order a gene-treatment. With how different the body type was, though, it was an expensive commission, and over the next few months of treatment and adjustment therapy, shi quit the desk job and set hir eyes to the skies. Once hir therapy and alterations had concluded, shi signed up to scout out habitable worlds for interplanetary colonization efforts, and so shi dropped hir old name in favor of hir callsign "Winterfang".
