Dieter Brightstone was born Dieter Skyminer. He was the person that discovered Oriculum that enabled him to create the first Skystones and most of the technology derived from it.

Dieter is tall and lithe for a sky gnome. He is very flexible and fast.

He is light-skinned, a slight ruddy glow to his complexion.

Has medium-length purple hair, bright blue eyes with a purple ring around the iris, bushy eyebrows, a mustache and a goatee.
