Celestial Calendar

Overview
The Celestial, or Standardised, Calendar, is one used to denote exact dates within a given year.
Its name resulted from Orreries, machines used to predict the position of the stars on any given date.
This system was invented at the beginning of the current era, to improve trade and communication.
The Lunar and Solar calendars are common for everyday use, with Celestial used for official matters.
Years of the Era.   At the beginning of the current era, treaties were signed to unify the time and lengths of each year.
This also ratified recorded dates of the prior two eras, due to discrepancies between old calendars.
Before this point, years, and even lengths of eras, are typically given as current-day approximations.
Afterwards however, exact years can be intuited, allowing for far more accurate historical records.
Days of the Year.   With this standardisation, each year has exactly 360 days, regardless of the Calendar being used.
Each year also starts and ends concurrently, on the 1st and 360th days of the Celestial Calendar.
There are 24 hours in each day, with 60 minutes in each hour, and 60 seconds in each minute.
Celestial dates begin midnight, Standard Time - the precise time measured from Elyx's Beacon.
Calendar Formatting.   Dates are numerically notated as the exact day in the year, out of the 360 days.
For example, the 212th day of the year 2,453, would be written as 212/2453/5E.
There are no given names for any of the dates, unless referring to specific holidays.
Otherwise they are referred to as their number and year, such as "212th of 2,453".
