Mindshards are a strange and undecipherable creature native to The Far Realm and altered by the sophoric energies of Sombre, the home realm of Drelux, the Travesty of Dreams. These creatures, are fragmented entities that take forms resembling broken geometry or nightmarish amalgamations of mortal fears.
