Otyugh

Otyugh are a species of Aberrations, native to The Fester, and are avid feeders on filth. Although native to The Fester, they are commonly found in The Underdark and in the sewer systems of cities. Otyugh have also been found in the realms of other Travesties, such as Sombre. It appears that Otyugh will appear whenever there is filth.
