Merfolk

Merfolk are a species of Elementals, native to the Elemental Plane of Water. They commonly appear in the deep seas of Apa Axas, often coming into conflict with Triton and Sea Elves. A Merfolk named Isk Veilstep famously appeared to the Regigalian Humans of Green Hook and regularly communes with the locals.
