Aarakocra

Aarakocra are a species of bird-like humans present on Apa Axas. They often resemble birds of prey, such as Eagles, Hawks and Owls, and possess large wings that enable powered flight.
The Aarakocra are native to the Elemental Plane of Air where they flight in huge murmurations throughout the plane, led by their fierce Skirmisher class of warriors. However, when they find themselves in more material planes, like Apa Axas, they often form nomadic tribes, such as The Whitewing Tribe in the air, utilising their tireless wings for an advantage. They also have a complete lack of ownership, and are often seen as bandits and criminals by the native Apa Axans.
Aarakocra are known to control powerful storm magicks, with the most adept being known as Aeromancers.
