Narcissos Miloē (nar-SISS-os mi-LO-ay)

Narcissos Miloē worked as an apothecary and herbalist in Vay Proper until the Severing obliterated the urban center. When the neighborhood in which he lived and worked was destroyed, Miloē dedicated himself to applying his knowledge in service of the countless injured being pulled from the wreckage of the city every day. He eventually became a widely respected community organizer, and when the arrival of the God Machine annihilated what remained of the ruins of Vay Proper, Miloē led the efforts to relocate and rehouse survivors.
Now, Miloē serves on the New Federal Committee as a representative of former residents of Vay Proper.
