Whitesand
A coastal haven where sun and sea embrace, beckons with its pristine white sands. The harbor teems with fishing boats and smuggler ships, their sails billowing like ancient secrets. Along the boardwalk, halfling traders peddle exotic wares, while children chase kites and laughter dances on the breeze. At sunset, lovers stroll, their footsteps etched in the sand. The lighthouse stands sentinel, its beacon guiding lost souls home. And in The Salty Seahorse Tavern, Captain Barron Seacaster spins tales of pirate gold and mermaid’s kisses. The city is also known for being the only town in Southfield that allows prostitution, but it is heavily regulated.

Government
The Seacaster family rules the town. Barron Seacaster is a former pirate who made his name by smuggling goods through the sumarrian blockade for the resistance. Now he rules over the city and snagged himself a noble title. The government is pretty chill in Whitesand, most of their guardsmen also serve as lifeguards.

The Quarterdeck features a hot tub with a leomund's tiny hut around it so those inside can see out without anyone else seeing in. The ship is still crewed by skeletal pirates felled by Seacaster's own blade, to make them less intimidating he dresses them up in bright collared bathing suits, sometimes with water wings or a snorkel. Inside the ship is his cabin and his court where he sits upon a throne decorated with gold coins.
