Xe Monitcz has been Joresce Tau's mentor at the start of her career as a Councelor when she was serving in his Lower Council. It was during this time that he saw her talent and passion for dealing with big responsibilities and complicated matters and he decided to nurture her potential. While they never truly matched on a personal level, the mentor-pupil relationship was an effective one and he successfully trained Tau to be a remarkable Lower Counselor, eventually leading to her promotion to High Councelor where the pupil now works alongside her former mentor.
