Lower Councilor of the Ancient Ways

A Lower Counselor of the Ancient Ways, or Lower Councelor for short, is a member of the Lower Council of the Ancient Ways. Each Lower Counselor controls a personal Priesthood of the Ancient Ways that reports only to them.
