Margery Rowan

Serah Margery Rowan is the High Admiral of the Royal Navy of Caraegwyn and a member of the Council of the Round Table. She holds command of the Caraegweni military together with High Constable Breannain Santagar. It is said that the two have ever been on good terms with each other, fading to memory the petty squabbles of years past between the military arms of the Royal Army.
High Admiral Rowan has a strange reputation; her appearance is described as overly exotic, and yet she is a trueblood caraegweni from one of the oldest noble lines; it is said that her behaviour is of cold meticulousness and careful contemplation, and that she shies from any and all non-official social encounters, and yet anyone that has served under her describes her as a charismatic leader. Famously, the High Admiral is responsible for the total military defeat (and subsequent death) of the Last Pirate King Caburh the Bloody -- the ingenious tactics used by the Royal Navy against the massive corsair fleet in the Battle of the Bloody Shallows are the stuff of modern legend.
Serah Rowan is married to Ser Willis Rowan (formerly of House Gillis) and has six children.
