Lord Rauros

Lord Rauros is the enigmatic Seelie ambassador of Caraegwyn from the Summer Court of Tír-na-nÓg-ná-nÓg. He is officially a member of the Council of the Round Table but it is rumoured that he rarely attends meetings. After all, he is a faerie lord of the Sidhe, and the fey care little for the troubles of mortals...
Peasant fables speak of a terrible Seelie slaver known as the Stormlord. In days of yore, he and his cohorts of changelings would raid and raze the homes of the smallfolk, appearing as apparitions from the darkness that comes with the most violent of thunderstorms. Some peasants rumour that Lord Rauros is that very figure of infamy, but many public figures have denies such allegations.
Many consider Lord Rauros only a token of by-now-forgotten agreements between mortals and fey, and serves only to remind the Caraegweni of the lukewarm ties between House Pendragon and the Summer Court.
