Celuthien
Celuthien is an abandoned high elf city in the region of Galadrond. Its ruins have been overtaken by nature, with vines, moss and other plants covering walls and statues and trees filling every inch of its former streets. No living elf dwells there save perhaps for a few isolatory Tranquil.
Celuthien was abandoned willingly and peacefully some time in the 5th century ER. As a result of the environmentalistic political agendas of various high elf circles, numerous developed settlements were abandoned across Ellondoth to make room for natural growth. The inhabitants of these settlements were relocated mainly to cloudsoil islands floating above Ellondoth.
