Moongate
A beautiful city of pristine white buildings and great architecture that echoes of elven, dwarven, and draconic architecture. The city is made upon a vast cliff, the city center on the top of the cliff, and the lower tiers cascading down the back hill and ending with the Dock Ward on the coast. The largest white marble building in the city is the Prismatic Archives, standing at the top of the cliff that makes up the center tier of the city. The city is also bisected by a river that pours out into the Sunspire Bay.
The city is named for the enormous pearly white gates that frame the Everlit Falls. At night, when the moonlight strikes them, they appear to be glowing a ghostly, pale white. These were carved centuries prior, and many races claim ownership over their making. Most of all, the hill dwarves of Seacliff and the dragonborn clan of Io.
An hours walk from the city walls there is a large body of water called the Shimmering Loch, which sparkles with the many minerals that reside inside the water.

Government
Theocracy; the city is run by a circle of religious leaders. They respect those that are not as fervent in their worship, but there are many celebrations that are often encouraged to celebrate.
There is a tension and light rivalry between the dragonborn and the dwarves, as the dragonborn follow Bahamut (or Asgorath) and see themselves as the original race who was created by Asgorath himself.

Infrastructure
With the large river bisecting the city, there is a large, white marble bridge to connect both sides. The city has a large white marble wall encasing it with spiraling towers. The river has been used to augment the sewer system of the city, but due to constant purification rituals, the water is still pristine.
Architecture
Much of the city is built from white stone and marble. The streets are cobbled with a very pale stone to give the city a very pristine and pure appearance. Many of the larger stone buildings are decorated with stained glass that depict many stories and religious legends. The northern Everlit River runs through the center of the city, and there have been many canals cut out so that the majority of the city has access to clear, running water and there are boats that can make for easy travel from one part of the city to another
Geography
The Whiteheart Keep and the Prismatic Archives reside on the top of the Sunspire Bluffs, which begins a gradual slope downwards, where the rest of the city is built. Halfway down these bluffs, the South Everlit River flows through the city, cascading into the Sunspire Bay as a magnificent waterfall.
