Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Dhisan is very thin and not wide. He is not strong because he was born as a cut meaning he is weaker and smaller than normal dragonborn, but as a cut, he is well trained.
Body Features
His body is filled with blue scales and a few green once mixed in. He has no tail and there is no stub either. He has som fins on his neck and head with a bigger fin mohawk.
Facial Features
His face is quite long and tall with bigger scales on his face. His eyebrows are quite thick and the scales on his chin are sharp and long making it look somewhat like scale beard. His eyes are also very focused and a bit cold, but even more so towards dragonborns and people he finds offensive or unworthy of his presence.
Special abilities
Dhisan is an adept spellcaster with his focus on invention and temporary enchantments. He is also a master at crafting magic items and enchanting items.

Dhisan wears a light blue linen robe with golden details and runes on it. There are also some blue gems on his robe filled with what seems like magical energy stored within.
