Basic Information
Anatomy
The average cut is shorter than a human and much shorter than dragonborns. They are born with low muscle density and many seem fragile. They are covered in scales but scales much weaker than dragonborn's. The cut also has no tail, unlike dragonborns.
Genetics and Reproduction
The cut reproduces the same way as humans, there are some misconceptions that the cut lay eggs, but they are born like most humanoid creatures.
Growth Rate & Stages
Young cut grows quickly. They walk hours after being born, attain the size and development of a 10-year-old human child by the age of 3, and reach Adulthood by 15.

The cut are born more intelligent than dragonborn evolving their intelligence even earlier than dragonborns.

Naming Traditions
The cut who are born often only takes up one name as they are not part of the great families dragonborns normally are. These names often come from draconic culture or language for something good or something they wish to be associated with. The cut who are made often keep their names until they die.
Major Language Groups and Dialects
All cut speak both draconic and common, but often learn new languages as they do not tend to stay in one place their entire life.
History
The cut was first made when Thornheart enslaved dragonborns with their half-dragons. They were made by dragonborns having their tails cut off. This did not affect the dragonborns except the pain and shames caused. It was first when the second generation was born without tails and physically weaker than other dragonborns. As the first age dragged on and thornheart eventually died out the cut continued to exist and other dragonborns having their tails cut off would birth more of the cut. The cut was not accepted into dragonborn society as they were a reminder of weakness and pain. Dragonborn would go on to hate and despise them and some times even kill them at sight as some were disgusted by their presence.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
The cut are mostly found in relationships with their own kind, but there are a few exceptions to this. The cut can only mate and breed with other cut or dragonborns, but some relationships between the cut and other races are not unheard even how rare they might be. Relationships between the cut and dragonborns are almost impossible but on a few occasions there have been interspecies relationships between the cut and dragonborns.
