P.U.L.S.E.

(Legacy Content)
The acronym P.U.L.S.E stands for Periodically Unbound Light Sensitive Energy, and the term refers to any and all applications of the energy source thereof. Commonly referred to as "liquid force," the uses of P.U.L.S.E are still being researched by its creators, the Primary Technologist's Guild of Tyrralore, but as of now, extrapolated uses include a complete replacement of electricity and electricity-based infrastructure, complete reworking of established military construction guidelines and templates to include once ludicrous creations, an enormously efficient and linear progressive power supply, and the addition of new fabrication techniques to name a few. In any aspect of Tyrralorean life, P.U.L.S.E stands to pave the way for further advancement.

Utility

P.U.L.S.E is used in a variety of manners mostly by The Tyrralorean Defense Initiative. These uses include P.U.L.S.E weaponry, P.U.L.S.E shielding, P.U.L.S.E locomotion, and the all important P.U.L.S.E energy systems, the latter of which have been appropriated for civilian use, such as airborne trading vessels and P.U.L.S.E reactors capable of powering entire cities for years at a time. Whilst the original limitation of requiring sunlight to function was a fairly large burden, it was quickly overcome by the use of powerful lighting systems integrated into the activation chambers of whatever is using the P.U.L.S.E liquid. Due to the volatile nature of such liquid, modern Tyrralorean designs for P.U.L.S.E casings call for pure Veluvium to ensure structural integrity is maintained under any and all circumstances, with exceptional circumstances being documented as they occur.

Manufacturing

The process by which P.U.L.S.E liquid is created always begins with some manner of material being inserted into a P.U.L.S.E generator, which will break down all entered matter into a semi-energy state thus known as P.U.L.S.E liquid. From there, the liquid is either used directly for power production or used as a component in the creation other various bits of P.U.L.S.E equipment.

Access & Availability
The military use of P.U.L.S.E is generally prohibited to anyone outside of Tyrralore's noble houses, as the dangers it would pose in the hands of those untrained could be extreme and severe.
Complexity
The process by which the P.U.L.S.E liquid is actually created is rather complex, involving numerous theoretical and technically non-existent processes (which have shifted current understanding of physics in any regard), though the manner in which the liquid is employed is rather simple after its creation. The liquid is used as a fuel source and can be rapidly spun to create various effects, such as force shielding, highly dangerous explosives and projectiles, and gravity manipulation, thus giving it the common nick-name of "liquid force."
Discovery
P.U.L.S.E was discovered by the Primary Technologist's Guild near the end of the Golden Age, by way of a theory of its leader at the time, the great hero Tyrra himself. In his old age, he hypothesized a way to physically transform matter into energy and set about creating a machine to do so. His efforts succeeded in creating the world's first P.U.L.S.E generator, which was capable of reducing only organic material to a semi-energy liquid form. This process was further refined during the Silver Age, in which the process could now take inorganic material, though never succeeded in producing pure energy. Though it was good it didn't, as that process could possibly have yielded far greater diminishing returns than the current, widely adopted system.

Author's Notes

As with every writing endeavor, I would deeply appreciate constructive feedback, be it in the form of grammar corrections, naming ideas (which I have the most trouble with), or general questions or feedback about the world or anything within it. I thank you for your dedication of time to reading this article.
