Lunation Empire

Description

Birds flutter from the treetops in front of the massive tree that is the living capital city of Sel'Neth. Home to the conclaves of elves who joined together to form an empire some 2,000 years before. The tree is said to have been born of the heart of a dragon and that the dragon still lives down underground at the roots of the tree named Sel'Neth.

Openings in the side of the tree show intircatly carved balconies large enogh for an entire ball to be had on one with 200 attendees.
