Lord Vakius Orivor
Vakius Orvivor was a necromancer, who lived in Eagle's Landing. An apprentice of the lich Noul'zadan, he was the secondest richest man in town, and was rarely seen outside his tower, but often hosted important guests there. He had a number of slaves, as well as a son, Narth.
Vakius orchastrated the Firelung Plague that infected the town, as well as the destruction of Fire's Rest, the invasion of Stoutforge Hall, and the Siege of Eagle's Landing, before his death by Alan Quinlan.
