The Royal Family of Dhalmass has ruled The Kingdom of Dhalmass since its inception.
Structure
The King is the absolute monarch. He has various advisers and judges that he can delegate as much or as little of the governing to.
The Royal Family is: King Tavion the XII, Queen Elizabetta Hightower Dhalmass, Prince Tavion Dhalmass the XIII.

- Araviton - The northmost trade city of the kingdom that has both ports and land routes to the dragon lands of Kalorin and the lands beyond in Wirakova.
- Belstard - City on the Lake of Salt, it has important trade connections to Teramund, Perendath, and New Polina.
- Mefalud - This city is very much a caravan city, serving a good midpoint between Arvaiton, Belstard, and Nujanat.
- Nujanat - Capital City, where Tavion I settled because of it's placement near the forest and access to the sea.
- River's Edge - Human town at the edge of the Sparkling mountains, it also sits where a river travels from the Broken Twig Forest up to Nujanat into the sea.
- Treshin - The city of three rivers, it exists in a delta between three rivers that drain to the southern sea, and it shares a border with the gnome and halfling kingdoms.
- Whitvaly - A flourishing city that takes up much of the delta between the Boskar Canal and the Great Stone Wall Mountains.
History
The Kingdom of Dhalmass was founded in the year 581 BYD by King Tavion Dhalmass, first of his name. Founded by Tavion the First after discovering a prophecy depicting the destruction of his homeland in a blanket of magical darkness. However, he miscalculated and his homeland (The World of Jannat) would not actually be destroyed till 437 BYD.
Taking with him a large army of knights and wizards, Tavion led his men and soon took control of most of the region, signing peace treaties with Dwarves and Elves of the region, as well as the mysterious merfolk of the Lake.

Legislative Body
The Royal Court is made of the council of lords, as well as the King's main adviser. They advise the king and also serve as the jury should a noble or member of the royal family be accused of a high crime.
Judicial Body
The King has absolute authority over the judges, and appoints them themselves. The King can also decide to be the judge on a case himself, if he chooses, which is rare.
