King Dalen Isaac Sonora (a.k.a. Good King Dalen)

King Dalen Sonora, full name Dalen Isaac Sonora II, was one of the Sonoran monarchs who ruled over the Kingdom of Sonora. Also known by his title of Good King Dalen, he sought to the peace and unity of the whole of the continent of Albion through hard work and strong diplomacy, uniting the Rendsfolk with his own people and even the Dark Elves, Giants, and Orcs in a single, concise alliance.

Personal history

• The War for the Eastern Rend: Here, Dalen Sonora led the charge against Siobhan Kascarda and the unified Clans of the Rend, backed by his warriors and the combined forces of the Elves and Dwarves that he had pledged for aid. The Rend, backed by the Star Elves of the Zaffrewood and the Alderwood Druids of the Beryl Soul, used guerilla warfare and hit-and-run tactic to deplete the Sonoran Supply, assassinate its leaders, and other means. Things finally came to a head at the Battle of Carrion Cross, started when the whole of the Carrion Cross was set ablaze by the Sonoran Pyromancers after a long and arduous convincing of Dalen. With nowhere left to hide, the Rend gave a full-frontal assault, where Dalen finally met Siobhan on the field and called for a halt of battle. He then engaged with her in one-on-one combat to spare both their armies, and after a lengthy fight, he soundly defeated the Clan Queen and had her life in his hands. But instead, he spared her life and decided to take her as a wife, so as to unify the lands and end the constant cycle of death. They are married to this day and have four children.
