Epic Casting
Fourth Level of True Casting
Known as Limmu to scholars of the Anon (Magic), Epic level Casting is beyond most Caster' ability. Only the strongest bloodlines and extremely talented casters ever learn such skill and power. One does not cast such magic lightly; it can cause catastrophic damage to the casters body and internal Daanan. Even those that have the strength to use such magic rarely find a trainer skilled enough to cast epic level magic. More often than not, epic casting is only found among the Elf of the world. This is why many of the noble families in the Heartlands refer to this casting level as 'Elven Casting'.
Epic level casting is not taught in Wizarding College. The elves rarely, if ever, teach such power to a Human. One must seek out an experienced caster to teach such magic. Even then many refuse to teach this level of casting due to the dangers of the magic, as well as the damage a caster can do to themselves if not careful.
