Captain of the Guard
The Captain of the Guard is a member of the Court Room who protects the Monarch or Grand Artisan. Their other roles are to get reports from Knights, tell the Knights what they have in the line of Guards and to control the guards in their area along with deal with security issues that can happen.

There is only one person that has this role. Those who have the role are:

Equipment
As with Protectors the Captain of the Guard can choose their weapon but their armour is refitted for the next person. While it is the case that Captain of the Guard can choose to have a different weapon they seem to always use arming swords.
Weaponry
The captain of the guard can pick any weapon they like but they always seem to be arming swords that they uses with Thomas Roberts, the first Grand Artisan has a mace on him Marcus Carter felt it not right to go around with a mace so kept with the "traditional" sword.
Vehicles
They common use the same mode of transport as their charge. If the King or Grand Artisan is on horse back they are too.
Structure
They report to the King or the Grand Artisan. They order around and get information from Knights, from under the Knights is the guards of that town.

Captains are recruited from the ruler, Marcus Carter was chosen by the first Grand Artisan as he was loyal to the cause to start an Artistocracy. They are among the grand of the town guard.
