Astraea

One of the sky cities of Titanis, noted for scholarship. Called the City of Scrolls, it was the academic heart of the Empire. It was ruled by the Academician-Royal, a hereditary post, advised by the Master of the Academy, senior scholar of the city. During the Colossus War, it became the home of the Arcanorum, a specialist academy studying the arcane magic which the very presence of the enemy allowed to leak into the world.
Astraea was destroyed by the Colossi and their Outerfolk servants during the Colossus War. The ruins of Astraea sank into the Narrow Sea when the continents split apart, where they have been picked clean of salvage by Merfolk and the Tritons of Blackrock.
