Blackrock

Blackrock is the southern Sea Kingdom, claiming control of the Narrow Sea and the Ocean of Noon. It also contests control of the Sea of Fate with the Eurosian fleet. The Tritons of Blackrock provided assistance to the refugees of the Mourning Path, in order to establish a friendly land presence in the peninsula.
The kingdom as a whole takes its name from the triton capital territory, a reef growing on the broken, black ridge that was once a part of the volcanic Firestone Mountains. The sprawling city of Seafire covers three of these peaks, above and below the water, and sprawls across the sea floor between and around them. The city is built our great, volcano shafts. The heat from the magma mountains the heat of the deep halls, and generates steam which runs mechanisms across the city, including a number of arcane mills.
As is the way with Seafolk, it is primarily the triton who interact with the land. An exception is the alliance between the Merfolk of the shoal waters and the drake riders of the north west.
