House Noache

Despite being only the 5th most powerful house and having relatively weak dragons, House Noache holds massive sway due to it being the wealthiness house besides House Ssissth. Many other houses borrow money from House Noache to fund their schemes, and the house keeps pristine track of dept owed so it can call in favors at the most opportune time.

Structure

House Noache is run much like a bank, with the lower members working slowly and tirelessly to rise up the ranks. At the head of the House is the Infernal dragons most of which belong to the Inota family, who are in charge of dealing with the other house dragons and maneuvering more power for House Noache. Underneath them, the Blue dragons, belonging to the Herkim family, interact with the cities and work to generate revenue there. Beneath them are the Green dragons, belonging to the Veha family, which are in charge of expansion projects, mostly in the wilderness, constantly on the lookout for new ways to generate currency for the house. At the bottom, Underworld dragons, belonging to the Rasavim family, are in charge of keeping count of the houses funds and storing its massive amount of treasures.
Like all the great houses, the Eliatropes follow the same hierarchy as the dragon they stem from. Infernal eliatropes act as lawyers, deal-brokers, and personal emissaries for their infernal masters. Blue eliatropes are moneylenders, offering loans and collecting debts from city-dwellers. Green eliatropes are supervisors and builders, doing the heavy work for their dragon masters creating new projects. Underworld eilatropes are treasure hunters, scouring the world for exotic treasures to add to their masters horde, as well as catalogers to assist in sorting said hoards.

Public Agenda

House Noaches job is to keep the economy of Kos-Maurag stimulated, and to help keep the houses and the populace indebted to the dragons.

Assets

House Noache posses immeasurable wealth, allowing them great influence over the other houses. They often heavy invest in projects, giving them sway over how those projects are run or the ability to put pressure on their investees.
