Tralljór

Small village nestled between the Feramonto Mountains to the South and Utdanning to the North. The village is populated by craftsmen of all sorts who lend their talents to those living in Southern Vomethnda, with a particular interest of the town being in sculptures and the bardic arts. Otherwise, the outskirts are home to a few hundred farm plots, and there is a large amount of old folks living in the town due to its tranquility. Though, the village may not be such a quiet and peaceful town of artisans for much longer, as it may follow suit as other villages/towns around the mountainous country border by being evacuated by the military forces for the safety of the villagers.   The town is home to Tseren Tólgrav, the explosion-fearing triangle/tambourine player of The Pläded Krona, a gypsy band who brings much-needed happiness to a village who sits on the war-torn Ezlekhian/Vomethdan borderline.

Government

Tralljór, due to its small size, is governed by the Jarl of Utdanning.  The village is policed by Clan Valross, a subclan of Clan Visindi who tend to be very unkind to those which they don't recognize.  These members of the police are quite unregulated, commonly performing arrests for small crimes which place the accused in precarious situations such as out in the middle of a snowstorm, or even in farm animal stalls, rather than in a traditional jail.  These Clan Valross members are respected by those in Tralljór, however the people believe that these rogue police go a bit too far, saying the accused should not be tied up before they are convicted of crimes.

Guilds and Factions

Dromar Row: The caste of craftsmen and women living on the Eastern end of town, the members of the Dromar Row are known for their complex statues featuring the unique people and creatures they live with and have come across in their lives.  These sculptures commonly feature the odd-looking band members of town and afar, though the most popular sculpture series in town currently features the Droopy Dogs, a breed of adorable Shar-Pei wolves who can be found commonly in the northern sections of the Feramonto Mountains.   Clan Valross: A subclan of the bike-riding Clan Visindi of Utdanning, Clan Valross are the acting police force around Tralljór, who tend to find themselves tormenting outsiders. The clan all sport matching walrus-leather jackets with their insignia, their named etched over a walrus playing a swordfish as a guitar. The gang is also very well-known in other surrounding areas of Utdanning since 4 of their leading members are part of a metal band known as the Tralljór Five, they swear that they're not bad at counting, as their fifth member is their audience.   Clan Isbjön: Another Clan Visindi subclan who originated in Tralljór, though they have a much more dulled reception compared to their Valrossian counterparts. Clan Isbjön are a traveling liaison clan who visit Krasavischee and Promaticous on a regular basis to discuss trading agreements for bulk materials and mercenaries for hire respectively. Its members are able to return to their homes in-town after long negotiation excursions which can take a few months to a few years at most, with its members commonly taking up jobs in Dromar Row for their stay.

Tourism

Soundwave Showdown: Many bands around Vomethnda gather to Tralljór on a yearly basis on the onset of Spring to a large concert event called the Soundwave Showdown.  This battle of the bands brings in dozens of acts from every corner of the country (as well as tens of thousands of tourists) to see who can earn the prize of up-to-date Arcsthetic enhancements, as well as a specially-designed vehicle of their choice from Jordmässig's production lines.  The competition takes place on a stage surrounded by farming plots, with one common complaint being the amount of mud that its audience members track all over themselves.
