People of Talbury and the Talbrian Watch
Structure
The Mayor of Talbury controls pretty much every aspect of Talbury. Their board of eight councilmen (nine with the Royal Admiral) vote unanimously to pass anything proposed as a safety net against corruption, and each councilman manages their respective district of Talbury.
Public Agenda
Part of the inauguration of the mayors is to swear to uphold peace in both Talbury and the world, and to protect the citizens of Adremesis from monsters and sometimes each other.
Assets
The Talbrian Watch is an army just over 2,200 strong with a reliable navy and well supplied list of assets. The people of Talbury wholeheartedly trust the Talbrian Watch and have great faith in their protection.

Allied
Talbury was able to settle an alliance way back in 247 AFB that is still held tightly all these years later. Talbury always has a small force stationed at Ifrad's Fort Charlie to share their training regime along with helping to fund their developments and expansion. Ifrad has very gradually been getting sick of Talbury since the alliance has lasted so long, but otherwise still respect Talbury greatly and welcome the many boons that being so close to Talbury grants.
Friendly Traders
Talbury have maintained extremely close relations to Marrarock for as long as they could. Marrarock is very happy to have a powerful ally, though Talbury does't buy as much of their equipment as they would like. Talbury does have a strong trade deal with them though, and is the strongest exporter of food to Marrarock.
Close relations
Talbury and the Holy Order are in close contact due to having Talbrians of their religion. While the Holy Order have no gripes with Talbury, Talbury thinks that the Holy Order is too closely related to the Templarhood and so cannot be trusted 100%. They are open handed, however, and do not wish spark anything between them.
On-edge
While their relations are positive, the Templars think they are the rightful defenders of Adremesis and the Talbrians think they are the rightful defenders of Adremesis. This back-and-forth means that they are both at odds and did not have the best relations. This did change in 332 AFB with the Treaty of Shared International Protection which did help solve some of the tension between them. This did not entirely change their general opinion of each other and will sometimes still clash (diplomatically) but never about anything too serious.
Specifically, many people in Talbury, including much of the Watch, think that the Templarhood is full of fanatics. Meanwhile in the Templarhood, many of them think that Talbury doesn't have the divine right to protect Adremesis and think that Talbury is trying to pry it from them.
Warring
Finro, the Anarch assigned to Talbury, enslaved its people and tore down their freedom. Thaedrin was able to infiltrate Talbury and take down Finro, but the people would never forgive or forget what the Anrarchy did to them.
