Earth, also known as Old Earth, is the cradle of the human species, as well as the capitol of the Terran Congressional Republic.
Geography
Earth's once varied geography has now become a near planet-wide cityscape. Varying by location, gargantuan factories, hellish urbanization, and thickly spread suburban sprawl cover most of the planet's surface. Outside of the cities, factories, and habitation areas, the planet's original surface has been completely ruined. Dusty, polluted, and blasted wastelands are all that welcome those who leave the cities.
Ecosystem
Earth's natural ecosystem has long since been destroyed by both overpollution and world wars, but prior to these ecological mass casualty events, it was an incredibly varied world with diverse climates across the entire planet.
