Personal history
Jakub was born in a small town in the Kreshniva Protectorate with around 350 people. His family consisted of his mother, his father, his older brother, and his younger sister. His older brother unfortunately died at the age of 16 due to illness.

Jakub was taught a variety of subjects (such as language, writing, math, geography, navigation, and persuasion) through an apprenticeship.
Employment
Jakub was a merchant, up until the Night of Storms. After the Night of Storms, he is unemployed, wandering aimlessly with Basara.

When he became a fully-fledged merchant, there was a great celebration involving alcoholic beverages. It just so happened that Jakub's celebration was on the night of the Night of Storms.
