Tor-Mejusa, Aspect of Order
The second shimmer of creation drifted through the Veil as the first Aspect created its realm, as the lands and the seas began to fill with purpose. It waited until the gift of life had taken root and had spread itself as vines and flowers and grass and bushes and trees. As days passed by, more and more lifeforms emerged; the lesser were hunted by the greater, and the greater by the greater still; thus, the first order of the realm was established. It was then that the shimmer awakened fully, with its power to impose rules and order; it tore another hole in the Veil and exploded into a land of metal and marble perfection. Its pieces, blown by the creation of the realm, rained down on the wanting earth, taking form of tall, pale beings, blessed with intelligence and awareness. The beings came together to celebrate their master's birth; an Aspect to be worshiped through designed order. Thus, Aclara was first witnessed by a higher sentient being - a being that could feel the Threads of Fate pull their soul forward.
Tor-Mejusa is a Divine Aspect that oversees the concept of Order, which can be understood as "the World acting upon the Self", as well as everything else that requires or implies rules and structure. Their power comes not only from the many worshipers of their avatars, but from the very existence of structures of power; through their blessings, their zealots can enforce their laws and rules upon the others and shape society from its very core. Tor-Mejusa doesn't discriminate between those who request their aid; be it for noble causes (like justice) or evil ones (like oppresion), the only thing that matters is the strenght of the believer's soul and the desire to bring their vision of Order into reality.
The Divine Aspect of Order is Bin-Aclari, Lesser Sister of Fate's most trusted ally, not only because rules and society bring souls closers and keep their Threads of Fate unchanged, but also because Tor-Mejusa believes in the absolute Order that is Fate. Because of this, they oftentimes comply with their cousin's requests as she pushes onward with her plan to stop the Jin-Iataxi. They do not get along with Xur-Hikasa, Aspect of Knowledge, as the sibling is actively working against Bin-Aclari's plans and is, by extension, challenging the Order of the Heavens.
The Realm of Order
Ordini Primea is the plane created by the Aspect of Order and the second plane of Aclara, in chronological order; the plane's inhabited by only one intelligent species called "Mejai", tall humanoids with bluish pale skin. The plane is composed of the planet where the Mejai live and a celestial object that hovers far into the sky in a fixed position; it acts as both sun and moon for one half of the plane, called the Pure side, the side ruled by the theocratic absolutist government known as the Church of Sol, or simply the Church. The Forsaken side is the other side of the planet and exist in eternal night; here, the banished and those who simply reject the Church are forced to spend their lives.
Divine Domains
"Oh Gods, please have mercy on our souls! Please, we beg you to lower your eyes upon these wreched and opressed people! Forgive their sins and deliver them from pain, oh merciful Gods, grant us your divine justice!..."
- Order: As their Aspect name suggests, Tor-Mejusa governs over the concept of Order; thus, many religions across Aclara have one of their avatars as a creator divinity, a giver of celestial rules and guidelines. The Aspect is also represented by other beings lesser than gods, such as angels that enforce the divine law. Its avatars are preferred not only by commonfolk working as soldiers and city guards, but by nobility too.
- Justice: Usually considered an ideal society should strive to maintain, justice is the desire for those who act against the evil, to bring punishment to those self-interested, to bring retribution to whoever harms the weak around them. Tor-Mejusa lives through the memories of fallen heroes, valiant warriors that have lived their lives according to their personal code of honor and righteousness. For those who strive to protect others and to punish the evils of others, the Aspect will offer their blessings accordingly.
- Leadership: The ones who reach the pinnacle of leadership (either through birth or personal achievement) earn the power to set the rules for their followers; from kings to commanders, from chieftains to archpriests - Tor-Mejusa holds all of them in their heart. Morality matters not for the Divine Aspect; rather, the size of the following and the loyalty of the subjects are the criteria that truly count.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
The only universally-accepted symbol of Tor-Mejusa is the Scales of Justice, a symbol of justice that takes into consideration all good and bad actions, or that shows how much one has to pay for their transgressions. While justice is an important facet of the Divine Aspect, it does not hold the other important parts of their values and sovereignty; worryingly, justice is only one form of Order, as good as any other one in Tor-Mejusa's eyes. Many revolutionary forces fail to overthrow the corrupt governments they fight against, despite fighting on the side of justice - the Aspect simply does not take their part. This irony is not lost on Tor-Mejusa's siblings.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
"Your twisted views will bring forth the end of everything, oh dearest sibling. I do hope you will open your eyes one day; this Order you believe in is doomed to fall, just as Lesser Fate's plans are doomed to fail. Wake up already! Not even the mortals believe in you anymore; can't you see in their burning eyes how much they despise the Order of Fate? Do you truly not see their defiance?"
The Divine Aspect's final goal is to help Bin-Aclari achieve her plan of stopping the Veilborn, while keeping her vision of Aclara alive using their command over Order. As she was given the power to shift the fate of mortalkind, Tor-Mejusa considers this undeniable and absolute proof that her rules and design should be followed to the letter by all the siblings. They often try to make the others follow Bin-Aclari and always takes her side when taking decisions during Council meetings.
Their secondary goal is the prosperity of their home plane, Ordini Primea, and the preservation of the power structure created; it is said that the unmoving globe that hovers in the sky and offers the people on the Pure side of the plane light is the home of the Aspect. Some even say that Tor-Mejusa can spy on the people of the Pure lands at any time though the globe; how many of the rumors are misinformation spread by the Church, only the Aspect knows.

Relationship Reasoning
Tor-Mejusa hates the concept of mutually-accepted exchanges and relationships; they view hierarchical structures as the absolute form of governance and completely rejects anything based on temporary agreements. Bar-Teroka prefers to keep a (somewhat) amiable attitude towards their sibling, althought they don't agree with the tyrannical forms of Order they support, as it slows down and hurts the processes of exchange; in totalitarian areas, the Aspect offers their help to smugglers and mercenaries just to spite their sibling.

Tor-Mejusa, Aspect of Order
Sibling (Important)Towards Xur-Hikasa, Aspect of Knowledge
Honest
Relationship Reasoning
The two siblings are at odds first and foremost because of their stances towards Bin-Aclari's plans to stop the Veilborn. While Xur-Hikasa believes the plan will inevitably fail, Tor-Mejusa believes the Lesser Sister's schemes are destined to succeed and thus they offer her their support unconditionally. The rift between the siblings is too wide to be bridged, and neither sees any reason in doing so.
