I was terrified. I could not move or think. I just starred at this young woman. She was unarmed and smiled. And yet I have never been more afraid of anything in my life.Using teleempathy dragons can push emotions on other beings around them. Other dragons can protect themselves from bad emotions sent from others for the most part. Other species like humans do not have any protection against this attack. However, as other species have differing emotions it is hard to evoke something specific and takes many years of training and practice. Once mastered this ability can be used to fully control the targets emotional response. They can be sent into a frenzy of rage or shocked in terror. Mastery with this ability allows a dragon to carefully target specific victims even within a crowed, but usually, anyone around the dragon will be affected. Without training the ability is not as effective and will mostly confuse any targets.
