Amrynn (Am-Rin)
Amrynn is the continent of origin for most emigrants. Amrynn and its surrounding islands are where humanoids settled after the Great Rending; many races have been reluctant to explore outwards. When the metaphorical dust of the Great Rending settled, it was though that any place outside of Amrynn was either corrupted by dark powers or razed to bedrock. Only in the past hundred years have cultures begun exploring the surrounding oceans.
Geography
Amrynn is a large oblong continent with a variety of geographic features. There are wetlands, deserts, tropical forests, tundras, and many other locales. In general, the south of the continent is warmer than the north.
History
There are currently three ruling powers of Amrynn: the Phenada Empire, the Republic of Idris, and the Urgus Clans.
